Last updated 1 August 2026. These terms cover access to the Trend Pro indicators. They are written to be read, not to be impenetrable — if anything here is unclear, ask before you pay.
A paid subscription adds your specified TradingView username to the access list of an invite-only script for the period paid. That is the entire scope of what you receive. You get the right to use the indicator on your own TradingView charts, for your own trading, for as long as your access is current.
It does not grant ownership of the script, access to its source code, or any licence to redistribute, resell, sublicense, republish, reverse-engineer or reconstruct it. Access is personal and non-transferable — it is tied to one TradingView username and may not be shared, sold or lent. Sharing access is grounds for removal without refund.
Trend Pro is a charting and analysis tool. It is not investment advice, research analysis, portfolio management, or a recommendation regarding any instrument. Trend Pro and its author are not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or as a Research Analyst, and nothing provided is personalised advice. No signal considers your financial position, objectives or risk tolerance.
No performance, profit, accuracy or availability figure is promised, stated or implied. Trading carries substantial risk of loss, and in leveraged products losses can exceed deposits. You are solely responsible for every trading decision you make, and for any loss arising from it.
Trend Pro runs entirely on TradingView's platform and depends on TradingView's data, uptime, alert delivery and account systems — none of which are under my control. Interruptions, data errors, delayed or undelivered alerts, or changes to TradingView's own terms may affect the indicator, and I cannot be held responsible for them. A TradingView account of a plan level sufficient to use invite-only scripts and alerts is your responsibility.
The published script is maintained centrally and may be revised at any time — to adjust calibration, fix defects, or respond to a change in a market's character. Revisions reach all current subscribers automatically. Because the engine can change, historical signal behaviour is not guaranteed to be reproduced by later versions.
Payment is a manual UPI transfer for a defined period; nothing auto-renews. If you do not pay for a further period, access simply lapses at the end of the period already paid for. See Refunds & cancellation for the full position.
I may remove access without refund where access has been shared or resold, where the script has been reverse-engineered or redistributed, or where a payment is reversed or charged back.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability arising from use of Trend Pro is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period. No liability is accepted for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss of any kind.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction. Terms may be updated; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time you pay.
